Feasibility depends on the existing service arrangement, building constraints and professional assessment. Record the desired layout, then confirm what is practical before treating a concept as an executable plan.
Does plumbing include waterproofing?
Not automatically. Plumbing, waterproofing and associated civil work should be identified separately, with clear responsibilities and assessment requirements. Do not assume one line item includes every related treatment.
What happens if concealed problems are found?
The proposal should explain how newly identified conditions will be documented, assessed and presented as a scope change. Agree the revised work and its implications before proceeding with that additional scope.
