What you share
The home brief asks for your name, phone number, city, apartment type, services and optional project notes. Please do not include sensitive documents, financial details or identification numbers.
Why we use it
The Interior House uses the information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Submitting a brief is not a booking, payment or approval of a project quotation. By selecting Book free consultation, you ask us to contact you about the enquiry described in the form. This does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages.
Where information goes
Website enquiries are processed using Cloudflare infrastructure and stored in a private enquiry database. Site delivery and basic abuse protection may involve technical request information. Your project notes are not published on the website. WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link; sending a message there is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can call +91 96823 97721 to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, or to ask that follow-up contact stops. Information may need to be retained where there is an applicable legal requirement or an ongoing project obligation.
Browser storage and analytics
We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether advertising leads to a successfully saved consultation request. Google may process browser and device information, ad-click identifiers and cookies for attribution. The conversion event contains a random enquiry identifier; we do not send the name, phone number or project notes from your form in that event. Personalised advertising signals and enhanced conversions are disabled in our website tag. You can manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center or restrict cookies in your browser. Saved room, finish and service ideas are stored locally in this browser when you choose to save them; no account is required. You can remove saved ideas from your board. Sharing links contain only the chosen idea identifiers. Your home brief stays in the open page until you submit it or choose to send it through WhatsApp. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
